From waking up early and planing their day into places to stay utmost productive to  doing exercising and maintaining a healthy diet and body, these are simple routines of billionaires like warren buffett, Elon Musk, and bill gates may help you get success and become like them.

1.)Sleeping

A study printed in 2011 by Wharton School and Fisher College found that people’s frame of mind in the morning when they get up from bed affects their productivity throughout the day. Successful entrepreneurs, including Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos and Warren Buffett, take seven to eight hours of peaceful sleep.  

Many Research tells that you can concentrate better when you are well-rested and have enough sleep. Moreover, waking up early in the morning gives you  some extra hours in your day. In a 2018 interview, TV producer and philanthropist Oprah Winfrey  told repoter,“I have never set an alarm, I don’t believe in alarm. They are…alarming! I just think the number in my mind when i have to wake up  and I wake up before that, usually between 6:00 and 6:20, because the dogs are habitual to go out around that time. My first thought in the morning when i wake up is, ‘Oh, I’m alive. Thank you God!’” 

Like Winfrey, who meditates and exercises after waking up early in morning, the new york times reported that Microsoft founder Bill Gates starts his day with cardio and some other exercise.  

A study from 2017 stated that even 15 minutes of a light workout will improve your mental condition and enhance productivity to do your work.

2.) Plan your day in advance 

Tesla Motors Founder & CEO Elon Musk, is very strict when it comes to planning his day, revealed to CNBC that he plan his activities in five-minute blocks. In an podcast with the Economic Club of WashingtonD.C., CEO of Amazon Jeff Bezos said that he makes a high-IQ meetings in the morning. Making a solid plan of your day by  will keep you on the right track and decrease chaos and stress. You can also find  way and determine which time of the day should be kept in hand for tough tasks.

3.) Eat healthy

From few year or so has completely changed up our healthy habits and take us to eat junk and processed foods. But, a billionaire will think twice before making any such change in his daily routine. Spanx founder Sara Blakely disclosed her morning routine with The Cut and told that she avoids coffee and soft drinks. Instead of this, she prefers to drinks a smoothie made of frozen wild berries,  kale, dates, spinach, cilantro, fresh mint, lemon, water, ice and walnuts. Consuming processed food has many bad effect on our health that include obesity, acidity and lethargy.

4.) Be a Reader 

During the developing stages of his career, Warren Buffett used to read 700 pages a day. Even today, the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway warren buffett spends about 80 percent of his day reading the books and news. The more you read, the more you learn. When once asked about his key to success, Buffett said: “Read 500 pages daily. That’s how your knowledge works. It builds up like compound interest.”  

5.) Spend wisely  

Take lesson from some of the world’s richest people how they cut down their expenses. Mark Zuckerberg co-founder and CEO, Facebook, has  ditched designer suits on several occasions for his signature (and much cheaperT-shirt, jeans-sneakers look. According to him this decision also saves him a lot of time because he don’t have to waste time in choosing clothes. Another example, Buffett who still lives in the same house he bought in the 1950s, as per  report. Moral of the story: spend only where it’s necessary, don’t spend to show off. 

6.) Spend time with loved ones  

Spending time with those who understand and love you that gives you power through difficult phase of life. Richard Branson revealed in his 2018 that he spend some time with his family in the morning and in the evening. An 80- time-old ferocious study by Harvard Medical School set up that success depends more on healthy connections than on any other factor. The simple act of saying “ good morning ” or participating how your day went with a loved one can make you feel supported.
